Virginia Beach Public Utilities will host an emergency exercise on Wednesday, Aug. 25 at Kempsville Middle School, 860 Churchill Drive, from 9 to 11 a.m. to simulate the mass distribution of water in the event the city’s water supply is ever compromised.

Signs will direct participants to the distribution site where participants will simply drive through a designated area to receive a free case of bottled water.
